How Bear Lost Its Tail - Reflection by Class 6C

I like the Fox most. He knew Bear was very proud of his tail and he taught him a lesson.
If I were Bear, I would not believe others easily because they might tell lies.
I have learnt that we should not believe others too easily.
~ Wong Tsz Yin Yen

I like Fox most because he was clever. Although he played a trick on Bear, he taught him a lesson.
If I were Bear, I would not trust Fox. I would find my food myself.
I have learnt not to trust people easily. We have to think before we act.
~Ng Yat Hong Martin

The Miller and His Son - Reflection, Sita Motwani, Class 6C

I like the miller's son in the story because he was very cooperative. When the villagers passed by, the son just listened to them and his father.
If I were the donkey, I would cry loudly. I would not let the miller and his son put me on their shoulders and sell me.
After reading the story, I have learnt that if we believe it is correct, we should do it. Every person has different opinions. Don't listen to others when we think we are right.

The Miller and His Son - Reflection, Class 6C

I like the donkey most because it was good tempered and hard-working.
If I were the miller, I would not believe the villagers.
I have learnt that we should trust ourselves.
~ Siu Long Ching Sammi
My favourite character is the donkey because it was very cooperative and it listened to the miller. It is hard to find an animal like it.
If I were the millers' son, I would say, "Dad, don't listen to them. It is comfortable and we are fine!"
I learnt that we must not believe others easily. We should think twice before believing a person.
~ Tao Chi Yin Karen
I like the villager most because he cared for the animals.
If I were the miller, I would let my son ride on the donkey because he was young and tired.
In this story, I have learnt that we should be firm. We shouldn't always listen to others and change our mind.
~ by Ma Yuk Yi
I like the son most because he was a filial boy. He went to market and helped his father to carry the donkey.
If I were the son, I would not go to the market with my father. I would play with my friends.
I learnt that we don't need to listen to other people all the time because they may be wrong.
~ Poon Tsz Chung Thomas
My favourite character is the donkey because it carried the miller and his son even if it was tired.
If I were the donkey, I would not carry the miller and his son.
I have learnt that we should not believe others easily. We have to think before we act.
~Chan Uen Yin Michelle
I like the donkey most because I think he was so poor that he had a silly master.
If I were the miller's son, I would say to my dad, "Stop doing the silly things, my dear Dad! I am so disappointed that I have to do something stupid! Tying up the donkey's legs will make it more comfortable!"
I learnt that we cannot believe other people easily.
~ Man Lok Yee Mandy
My favourite character is the donkey because it was helpful.
If I were the donkey, I would kick the miller, his son and the villagers and run away!
I learnt that sometimes we should not listen to others.
~Kelvin Wong
My favourite character is the donkey. It was hard-working.
If I were the donkey, I would not follow the foolish master.
I have learnt that we should not change our mind too often. Do not always believe others! Believe in ourselves.
~Ng Ka Po Kary
I like the donkey most because it was hard-working and quiet. It was helpful and cooperative because it did not kick when the miller and his osn sat on its back.
If I were the donkey, I would go away when the miller and his son were taking a rest. I would like to have more freedom.
After I read the story, I have learnt that we should care about others' feeling and we should not always believe others.

I like Guo Jing Jing most. She is a female diver from People's Republic of China and is considered to be the msot successful woman diver in the Olympic history. She was the winner in Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. I am happy that she can win medals in many Olympic Games. However, Ishe may not dive after this Olympic Games. I worry about her eyes because her eyes are not better than mine. I hope she can dive for a few more years because she is just twenty-six years old now. She is so young. I am waiting to see her in the next Olympic Games.
~ Fong Yun Yu Ivan

I would like to introduce my favourite sportsman, Michael Phelps. He was born in the United States of America. He is 23 years old now. Phelps is hard-working. Natalie du Toit in the Olympic Games by Li Oi Shan Shirley, Class 6C

The person who impressed me most in the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games is Natalie du Toit. She was born in South Africa. She is twenty-four years old now. Natalie is a swimmer. She has been competing internationally in swimming since she was 14 years old.
Natalie had a car accident in 2001. Her left leg was amputated at the knee! Amazingly, three months later, before she could walk again, she swam again! She swims without the aid of a prosthetic limb.
She won five gold medal in the 2004 Paralympic Games, and she was qualified to compete in the Beijing 2008 Olympic games. She is the first female amputee swimmer who can join in the Olympic Games! She said, "Be everything you want to be!". She makes us realize that Nothing is impossible! We should never give up!

I got a red packet there at House of Canton! I thought Mr. Choi Sin was interested in children only. In fact, everybody in the restaurant got one. Although it was a chocolate coin, I would take it as a kind of blessing. Smile! How many red packets have you got, my friends? How much have you got altogether?
