An Artistic Boy – Malone by Class 6D

Long time ago, there was a poor boy, Malone. He liked drawing very much.
One day, Malone went to his friend’s home. He drew a cat. When he finished, the cat became bigger and bigger. Finally, it became an old man. The old man gave a beautiful drawing pen to him. He thanked him for his drawing pen.
Since then, whenever Malone drew a picture, it became real. He was an artist!

JANUARY by Mary Webb

In the pale sunshine, with frail wings unfurled,
Comes to the bending snowdrop the first bee.
She gives her winter honey prudently;
And faint with travel in a bitter world,
The bee makes music, tentative and low,
And spring awakes and laughs across the snow.
